Authentication Pattern
All sites use HMAC-SHA256 cookie auth (TOKEN_SECRET env var in Cloudflare).
Enter the token on the login page → POST /api/auth → HMAC cookie set → 24-hour session.
Exception: 602md uses legacy DECK_TOKEN query-param auth.
